The Ferrari Baby Piranha (2025) sculpture by Alastair Gibson fuses the aggressive energy of the piranha with the precision and engineering excellence of Ferrari’s Formula One design. Inspired by the 2025 Ferrari Grand Prix car, this sculpture captures the ferocious attitude and sleek lines of one of nature’s most efficient predators while reflecting the aesthetics of high-performance motorsport.
Crafted from carbon fibre and finished with a UV-resistant gloss coating, the body highlights the distinctive weave pattern and racing-inspired detailing. Fins, teeth, and other accents are carefully engineered from high-quality materials, combining realism with the signature Carbon Art style. Each sculpture incorporates authentic components and design cues from modern Grand Prix engineering, creating a unique intersection of nature, motorsport, and contemporary sculpture.
