Venus Clam Sculpture | Åsa Jungnelius

Venus Clam, a beautiful glass series by artist Åsa Jungnelius. As part of the Kosta Boda collection of glassware. 

Åsa Jungnelius is an artist (MFA) and instructor at the University of Arts, Crafts and Design, based both in Stockholm and in Månsamåla in the province of Småland. She’s been linked to Kosta Boda since 2007. Jungnelius is the artistic director of the artist-driven project Residence-In-Nature and has many works featured in private and public collections throughout Sweden. She has received many awards and stipends at a number of art institutions. In collaboration with the LAST Studio, she designed parts of the tailor-made interior of the National Museum in Stockholm.
