Collectors, Conversation, and Creativity: A Special Afternoon with Richard Blunt

On Saturday 25th April, we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming collectors, art lovers, and friends of the gallery for an unforgettable afternoon with Richard Blunt—and what a wonderful event it was.

Westover Gallery was filled with energy from the moment clients started to arrive to meet Richard and view his brand new paintings. It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces alongside new visitors, all brought together by a shared appreciation for Richard’s work. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and full of genuine enthusiasm, making it one of those special gatherings that reminds us exactly why we love what we do.

We were especially delighted to welcome Richard back once again. Over the past 12 years, it has been a true privilege to showcase his evolving body of work, and it means a great deal to us that he continues to return, creating such striking and thoughtful pieces for our clients. His dedication to his ever evolving pieces and to the collectors who support it, is something we deeply admire.

Throughout the afternoon, guests had the chance to spend time with Richard, hear more about his creative process, and experience his latest collection up close. Many of the pieces resonated strongly with visitors, and we’re thrilled that a number of works found new homes. There’s nothing quite like seeing art connect so personally with collectors.

We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us. Your continued support is what allows our independent gallery to thrive, and events like this are made truly special because of the community that surrounds us.
