All products are priced in pounds Sterling (£)
Products ordered from and subsequently shipped to countries outside of the EEC (European Economic Community) will not be liable for Customs & import duties.
Payment on orders received will not be processed until such time as we have confirmed availability of the product. In the event that we are unable to fulfil the order placed we will notify you by email or telephone within 48 hours.
Delivery
All orders with a value of £100.00 and over will be delivered within the United Kingdom Free of charge. We are able to offer competitive courier rates for overseas shipments upon request.
Upon despatch we are able to provide courier consignment numbers in order that you may track the progress of your delivery on line.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta & American Express.
We require cleared funds prior to despatch of the product.
Returns, Damaged or Faulty Items
We check very carefully all orders prior to despatch and pride ourselves on the safe and secure packaging of our product. Should a faulty or damaged item be received please contact us immediately.
On line shopping customers reserve the right to cancel an order within 7 Working days of receipt of the product. The return of a cancelled order is the responsibility of the customer and goods must be received by us in immaculate condition.
Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
